I have had one for about 18 months. I can only use it all night if I am drugged with Ambien or Lunesta, both of which make me feel bad the next day. So, I use the CPAP for 3 hours, and the oral appliance that holds the jaw forward for the rest of the night. Not fun. Sympathy sent.
