Dennis" Actually - I have a pair of those and my wife tried them (I snore - a lot!!), but they are not practical for her to wear as she can only wear them whilst on her back, and they are not practical for sleeping on your side - so that was given up. I just found your site today, and am starting to look into various options of stopping my snoring - I am in a very difficult situation - I live in Japan, although I do not speak very good Japanese, so it is impossible to find anything on snoring here. I am thinking at this stage to order tablets that may or may not help, and to try the nose plug that extends the outer walls of your nose out - I am hoping that helps for me. I sleep just fine, but I need a cure for the benefit of my wife. I almost ALWAYS breath through my mouth because my nasal passage is never clear enough (I think my nose is faulty!!)
